- Enter the conversion amount; the system automatically calculates the estimated converted amount at the current rate.
- Review the rate, estimated amount, and rate expiry countdown, then click Submit.
- On the confirmation page, review the locked rate, sell amount, and buy amount, enter your 6-digit transaction password, and click Confirm.

What do the FX conversion statuses mean?
- Processing — the conversion request has been submitted. Conversions normally complete immediately. If a channel issue occurs, the transaction may temporarily remain in Processing status — wait for the system to finish.
- Success — the conversion is complete — sold currency balance has been deducted and purchased currency balance has been credited. Funds are immediately available.
- Failed — the conversion was not completed. The sold currency balance is not deducted. You can initiate a new conversion.
